Update on the Nassar Farm Land Case (from the Nassar Family)

Dear friends,

Two days before the scheduled date for the high court decision on the Nassar land case, the military lawyer has requested and been granted a fourth postponement. A subsequent date for a ruling has not been scheduled. It would appear that the fax campaign generated the necessary pressure to delay a ruling, which they anticipate could be in our favor. It is clear that they do not have a case and that their only strategy is to indefinitely postpone a final decision. We need to continue to apply pressure to the Israeli and American governments to ensure that a just ruling is handed down which will facilitate, and not sabatoge, negotiations for a final peace agreement.
